Hadith 6966

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجُعْفِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَابِطٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " مَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِِلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ ، فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِِلَى الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ " ، فَإِِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُهُ .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Whoever wants to see a person of Paradise should look at Husayn bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both), for I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say this.
