Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Sayyidah Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her) sent a tray of fresh dates to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) took a handful of dates and sent them to one of his noble wives. Then he took a handful of dates and sent them to his wives. Then he sent them again, and he desired this, and he did this several times, and he desired this.
