Hadith 6949

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، وَحَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَدِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءِ ، يَقُولُ : لَمَّا تُوُفِّيَ إِِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِِنَّ لَهُ مُرْضِعًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ " .
Sayyiduna Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When the son of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Sayyiduna Ibrahim (may Allah be pleased with him), passed away, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There is a wet nurse for him in Paradise.”
