Hadith 6908

أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ، حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَعِدَ أُحُدًا ، فَتَبِعَهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ ، فَرَجَفَ بِهِمْ ، فَقَالَ : " اثْبُتْ ، نَبِيٌّ ، وَصِدِّيقٌ ، وَشَهِيدَانِ " .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Once the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) climbed Mount Uhud, and with him climbed Sayyiduna Abu Bakr, Sayyiduna Umar, and Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with them all). Then Uhud began to shake. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Remain still, for upon you are a Prophet, a Siddiq, and two martyrs.
