Hadith 6810

أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِِسْمَاعِيلَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنِ الْعَلاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " يَأْتِي الْمَسِيحُ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْمَشْرِقِ ، وَهِمَّتُهُ الْمَدِينَةَ ، حَتَّى يَنْزِلَ عِنْدَ أُحُدٍ ، ثُمَّ يَغْدُو قِبَلَ الشَّامِ ، وَهُنَاكَ يَهْلِكُ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The Dajjal will come from the east, and his intention will be towards Madinah Munawwarah. When he camps near the mountain of Uhud, then he will set out towards Shaam, and there he will meet his destruction."
