Hadith 6695

حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ ، فِي عَقِبِهِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الأَشَجُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، مِثْلَهُ إِِلا أَنَّهُ ، قَالَ : " يَحْسِرُ عَنْ جَبَلٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ " .
Sayyiduna Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Hour will not be established until the river Euphrates uncovers a mountain of gold, over which people will fight, and out of every ten, nine will be killed."
