Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I was present with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when he was with his companions in Madinah Munawwarah (the narrator is in doubt, perhaps these are the words) in Zawraa. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intended to perform ablution, a bowl was presented to him in which there was a little water. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) placed his hand on that bowl, and water began to gush forth from between the fingers of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), until all the people performed ablution.
The narrator asked: How many people were you? Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: About 300.
