Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: During the Battle of Khaybar, the fighting became intense. I was sitting behind Sayyiduna Abu Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him). The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allahu Akbar! Khaybar is destroyed. When we descend into the field of a people, then the condition of those who were warned becomes bad. The narrator says: Shortly after that, Allah Almighty granted victory to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
