Hadith 6452

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ زُهَيْرٍ الضَّبِّيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْجُمَحِيُّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ ابْنُ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " حَوْضِي مَسِيرَةُ شَهْرٍ ، زَوَايَاهُ سَوَاءً ، مَاؤُهُ أَبْيَضُ مِنَ الثَّلْجِ ، وَأَطْيَبُ مِنَ الْمِسْكِ ، آنِيَتُهُ كَنُجُومِ السَّمَاءِ ، مَنْ شَرِبَ مِنْهُ لا يَظْمَأُ بَعْدَهُ أَبَدًا " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My cistern is as large as the distance of a month's journey. Its banks are equal. Its water is whiter than snow, more fragrant than musk. Its vessels are as numerous as the stars in the sky. Whoever drinks from it will never feel thirsty again."
