Hadith 6412

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأشجُّ ، وَعُثْمَانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ : إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ سورة النصر آية 1 إِِلَى آخِرِهَا ، مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى صَلاةً إِِلا قَالَ : " سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ ، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي " .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: When this verse was revealed, "When the help of Allah and victory comes," (this is until the end of the Surah), after that I saw the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) that whenever he performed prayer, he would definitely recite: "So glory be to Allah, praise is exclusively for You, O Allah, forgive me."
