أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّامِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلالٍ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الأَيْلِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " لَبِسَ خَاتَمَ فِضَّةٍ فِيهِ فَصٌّ حَبَشِيٌّ فِي يَمِينِهِ ، كَانَ يَجْعَلُ فَصَّهُ بَاطِنَ كَفِّهِ " .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) wore a ring made of silver. It had an Abyssinian stone set in it. The Prophet (peace be upon him) wore the ring on his right hand and kept the stone facing towards the palm.
