Hadith 6393

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَرْعَرَةُ بْنُ الْبِرِنْدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَزْرَةُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ ثُمَامَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ " نَقْشُ خَاتَمِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلاثَةَ أَسْطُرٍ : مُحَمَّدٌ سَطْرٌ ، وَرَسُولٌ سَطْرٌ ، وَاللَّهُ سَطْرٌ " .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The inscription on the ring of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in three lines. The word "Muhammad" was in one line, the word "Rasul" in one line, and the word "Allah" in one line.
