Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A Bedouin gave a gift to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) gave him something in return and asked: "Are you satisfied?" He replied: "No." The Prophet (peace be upon him) gave him more and asked: "Are you satisfied?" He replied: "Yes." Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "I have decided that from now on I will only accept gifts from a Qurayshi, an Ansari, or a Thaqafi person."
