Hadith 6346

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : " مَا أَشْبَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَهْلَهُ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ تِبَاعًا مِنْ خُبْزِ الْبُرِّ حَتَّى فَارَقَ الدُّنْيَا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) never fed his family with wheat bread to their fill for three consecutive days, until he departed from this world.
