Hadith 6289

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَزْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِِبْرَاهِيمَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " ضَلِيعَ الْفَمِ ، أَشْهَلَ الْعَيْنَيْنِ ، مَنْهُوسَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ أَوِ الْقَدَمَيْنِ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The face of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was broad, his eyes were white with a bit of redness in them, and there was little flesh on his ankles (the narrator is in doubt, or perhaps these are the words: there was little flesh on his feet).
