Hadith 6285

أَخْبَرَنَا السِّخْتِيَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ بْنِ أَبِي إِِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ ، يَقُولُ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَحْسَنَ النَّاسِ وَجْهًا ، وَأَحْسَنَهُمْ خَلْقًا وَخُلُقًا ، لَيْسَ بِالطَّوِيلِ الذَّاهِبِ وَلا بِالْقَصِيرِ " .
Sayyiduna Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was the most beautiful of all. In his appearance and character, he was the best. He was neither very tall nor short in stature.
