أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا وهَيْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أن رسول اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا افْتَتَحَ مَكَّةَ قَالَ : " لا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ ، صَدَقَ وَعْدَهُ ، وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ ، وَهَزَمَ الأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ ، أَلا إِنَّ كُلَّ مَأْثُرَةٍ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ هَاتَيْنِ ، إِلا السِّدَانَةَ ، وَالسِّقَايَةَ ، أَلا إِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ قَتِيلَ السَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا دِيَةٌ مُغَلَّظَةٌ ، مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلادُهَا " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) conquered Makkah, he said: There is no deity except Allah, He fulfilled His promise, He helped His servant, He alone defeated the enemy armies. Beware! Except for Sidana and Siqaya, every privileged thing is under these two feet of mine. Beware! The one killed in a manner resembling intentional murder but actually killed by mistake—this is the one who is killed with a stick or staff—his blood money will be aggravated, in which there will be forty pregnant she-camels.
