Hadith 6004

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ زُهَيْرٍ بِتُسْتَرَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عن النبي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنِ اطَّلَعَ إِلَى دَارِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَؤُوا عَيْنَهُ ، فَلا دِيَةَ وَلا قِصَاصَ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever tries to look into someone else's house without their permission, and his eye is gouged out, then there will be no blood money and no retribution."
