ذكر الإباحة للمضحي أن يدخر من أضحيته بعد أكله وإطعامه منها-Permissibility for the sacrificer to store meat after eating and feeding from it
Hadith 5929

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الأَكْوَعِ ، أن رسول اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَوْمَ الأَضْحَى : " مَنْ ضَحَّى مِنْكُمْ فَلا يُصْبِحْ بَعْدَ ثَالِثَةٍ فِي بَيْتِهِ شَيْءٌ مِنْ أُضْحِيَتِهِ " ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ الْعَامُ الْمُقْبِلُ يَوْمَ الأَضْحَى قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، نَفْعَلُ فِي هَذَا كَمَا فَعَلْنَا فِي الْعَامِ الْمَاضِي ؟ قَالَ : " لا ، كَانَ النَّاسُ بِجَهْدٍ ، فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ تُعِينُوا فِيهَا ، كُلُوا وَأَطْعِمُوا ، وَادَّخِرُوا " .
Sayyiduna Salamah bin Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the day of sacrifice, “Whoever among you has offered the sacrifice should not keep any of its meat in his house after three days.” When the next year came, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, the people said, “O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Should we do as we did last year?” The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “No, that year people were in hardship, so I wanted you to help them in this matter. Now you may eat, feed others, and store it as well.”
