Hadith 5776

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ التَّمَّارُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْكَرِيمُ ابْنُ الْكَرِيمِ ابْنِ الْكَرِيمِ ابْنِ الْكَرِيمِ يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The honorable man who was the son of an honorable man, who was the son of an honorable man, who was the son of an honorable man is Sayyiduna Yusuf (Joseph), peace be upon him, who was the son of Sayyiduna Yaqub (Jacob), peace be upon him, who was the son of Sayyiduna Ishaq (Isaac), peace be upon him, who was the son of Sayyiduna Ibrahim (Abraham), peace be upon him. May Allah send blessings upon them."
