Hadith 5704

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ ذُرَيْحٍ بِعُكْبَرَا ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْفَزَارِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْبَذَاءُ مِنَ الْجَفَاءِ ، وَالْجَفَاءُ فِي النَّارِ ، وَالْحَيَاءُ مِنَ الإِيمَانِ ، وَالإِيمَانُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Foul language is a part of harshness, and harshness leads to Hell. Modesty is a part of faith, and faith will be in Paradise."
