Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) disliked wearing the lower garment below the ankles, women displaying their adornment to anyone other than their husbands, intercourse with a woman in her back passage, playing with dice, wearing a ring of brass (or using yellow color), changing the color of the hair, hanging amulets, and performing incantations; however, the ruling regarding the Mu'awwidhat (i.e., the two chapters of seeking refuge or supplicatory prayers for protection) is different.
