Hadith 5668

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السَّامِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " تُفْتَحُ أَبْوَابُ الْجَنَّةِ يَوْمَ الاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسِ ، فَيُغْفَرُ لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍ مُسْلِمٍ لا يُشْرِكُ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا ، إِلا رَجُلاً كَانَتْ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَخِيهِ شَحْنَاءُ ، فَيُقَالُ : أَنْظِرُوا هَذَيْنِ حَتَّى يَصْطَلِحَا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "On Mondays and Thursdays, the gates of Paradise are opened, and every Muslim servant who does not associate anything with Allah is forgiven, except for the person who is harboring enmity with his brother. It is commanded regarding them: Delay their matter until they reconcile."
