Hadith 563

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، مَتَى السَّاعَةُ ؟ قَالَ : " مَا أَعْدَدْتَ لَهَا ؟ " ، قَالَ : إِنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ، قَالَ : " فَأَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ " .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah! When will the Hour (Day of Judgment) come?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "What have you prepared for it?" He replied, "I love Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "You will be with those whom you love."
