Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There is no deity except Allah, He is the only One, He has no partner. Sovereignty belongs exclusively to Him, praise is exclusively for Him, and He has power over everything. Nothing can happen without the help of Allah. Allah is free from all defects, all praise is exclusively for Allah. There is no deity except Allah, Allah is the Greatest." Then Allah forgives all his sins (the narrator is in doubt, perhaps these are the words) and his mistakes. This doubt is from the narrator named Mis'ar (further in the narration these words are found): "Even if they are as much as the foam of the sea."
