Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No person should ever take another's animal without his permission. Would anyone like that someone comes to his storehouse, breaks open his treasure, and transfers his grain? The udders of people's animals and their food are equally worthy of respect, so no person should ever milk another's animal without his permission."
