ذكر خبر أوهم من جهل صناعة الحديث أن الجار الملاصق وإن لم يكن شريكا له الشفعة-Report that may mislead the unlearned to think the adjacent neighbor has preemption even if not a partner
Hadith 5182

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَزْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ " .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The neighbor of the house has more right to the house."
