ذكر الزجر عن احتلاب المرء ماشية أخيه المسلم بغير إذنه-Warning against milking a Muslim brother’s livestock without permission
Hadith 5171

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُحْتَلَبَ مَوَاشِي النَّاسِ إِلا بِإِذْنِ أَرْبَابِهَا ، وَقَالَ : أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤْتَى مَشْرُبَتُهُ فَيُكْسَرَ بَابُهَا ، فَيُنْتَثَلَ مَا فِيهَا مِنَ الطَّعَامِ ، إِنَّمَا ضُرُوعُ مَوَاشِيهِمْ هُوَ طَعَامُ أَحَدِهِمْ ، فَلا أَعْرِفَنَّ أَحَدًا حَلَبَ مَاشِيَةَ أَحَدٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that the milk of people's animals be milked without the permission of their owners. He said: Does anyone like that someone comes to his storehouse, breaks its door, and takes out grain from it? The udders of these animals are people's food. I should not find anyone who has milked the milk of another's animal without that person's permission.
