Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When the emigrants from Abyssinia returned to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Tell us about any astonishing thing you saw in the land of Abyssinia. So some of the young men among them said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! Once we were sitting, and during that time an old woman passed by us. She was carrying a water jug on her head. As she passed by a young man from among the Abyssinians, that young man placed one of his hands between her shoulders and made her fall on her knees. Her jug broke. Then the woman stood up, turned towards that young man, and said: O wretched one, soon you will know! When Allah, the Exalted, will set up the Throne and gather all the first and the last, on that day hands and feet will speak about what they used to do. At that time, you will know about my and your matter. So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: She spoke the truth, she spoke the truth. How can Allah purify a people among whom the weak are not taken to account from the strong?
