Hadith 5055

أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَلاءُ الْيَشْكُرِيُّ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ سَرْجٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حِطَّانَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " يُدْعَى بِالْقَاضِي الْعَادِلِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، فَيَلْقَى مِنْ شِدَّةِ الْحِسَابِ مَا يَتَمَنَّى ، أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَقْضِ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ فِي عُمْرِهِ " .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "On the Day of Resurrection, the just judge will be called and he will be held to account with such severity that he will wish he had never decided between two people in his entire life."
