Hadith 5041

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُذَيْفَةَ ، قَالَ : كَانَتْ مَيْمُونَةُ تَدَّانُ ، فَقَالَ : لَهَا أَهْلُهَا فِي ذَلِكَ وَوَجَدُوا عَلَيْهَا ، فَقَالَتْ : لا أَتْرُكُ ، وَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ يَدَّانُ دَيْنًا يَعْلَمُ اللَّهُ أَنَّهُ يُرِيدُ قَضَاءَهُ إِلا أَدَّاهُ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا " .
The narrator named Imran bin Hudhaifah reports: Sayyida Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) used to take loans frequently. Her family members discussed this matter with her and expressed their displeasure, so Sayyida Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I will not give it up because I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever takes a loan and Allah knows that he intends to repay it, Allah will have his loan repaid in this world."
