Hadith 5025

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " لا تَحِلُّ صَفْقَتَانِ فِي صَفْقَةٍ ، وَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَعَنَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says: Two transactions in one transaction are not permissible. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who gives it, its witnesses, and the one who records it.
