ذكر إثبات الفجور للتجار الذين لا يتقون الله في بيعهم وشرائهم-Affirming wickedness for traders who do not fear Allah in their transactions
Hadith 4910

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ الْبَزَّارُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَطَّارُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ رَافِعٍ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ثُمَّ الزُّرَقِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ رِفَاعَةَ ، أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْبَقِيعِ وَالنَّاسُ يَتَبَايَعُونَ ، فَنَادَى : " يَا مَعْشَرَ التُّجَّارِ " ، فَاسْتَجَابُوا لَهُ ، وَرَفَعُوا إِلَيْهِ أَبْصَارَهُمْ ، وَقَالَ : " إِنَّ التُّجَّارَ يُبْعَثُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فُجَّارًا إِلا مَنِ اتَّقَى وَبَرَّ وَصَدَقَ " .
Sayyiduna Rifa’ah bin Rafi’ Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: He went with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) towards Baqi’. People were buying and selling. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) called out in a loud voice: “O group of traders!” The people turned their attention towards him and began to look at him. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Indeed, traders will be raised on the Day of Resurrection as sinners, except for the one who adopts piety, does good, and speaks the truth.”
