أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ : " لا هِجْرَةَ وَلَكِنَّهَا جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ ، وَإِذَا اسْتُنْفِرْتُمْ فَانْفِرُوا " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: On the occasion of the conquest of Makkah, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Migration is no longer required, however, jihad and intention remain. When you are called to go out (for jihad), then set out."
