أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بِبُسْتَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ الْكُرْدِيُّ بَصْرِيٌّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَجْعَلُ فِي قَسْمِ الْغَنَائِمِ عَشْرًا مِنَ الشَّاءِ بِبَعِيرٍ " ، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ : وَأَكْبَرُ عِلْمِي أَنِّي سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ ، وَقَالَ غُنْدَرٌ : وَقَدْ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ : فِي هَذَا الْخَبَرِ دَلِيلٌ عَلَى أَنَّ الْبَدَنَةَ تَقُومُ عَنْ عَشْرَةٍ إِذَا نُحِرَتْ .
Sayyiduna Rafi’ bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) used to consider ten goats equal to one camel when distributing war booty. The narrator named Shu’bah says: I am fairly certain that I heard this narration from Sa’id bin Musruq. Ghundar says: I heard this narration from Sufyan. (Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:) This narration contains evidence that the sacrifice of a camel is performed on behalf of ten people.
