Hadith 468

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّغُولِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قُهْزَاذَ ، حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْخَزَّازُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا تَحْقِرَنَّ مِنَ الْمَعْرُوفِ شَيْئًا ، فَإنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ ، فَلايِنِ النَّاسَ وَوَجْهُكَ إِلَيْهِمْ مُنْبَسِطٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not consider any good deed insignificant. If you have nothing to give, then deal with people gently and meet them with a cheerful face."
