Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him)—the narrator is in doubt, perhaps—Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best horse is the black one which has a white mark on its forehead and nose, and also has a white mark on its legs, and keeps its right foreleg unshod." The narrator named Yazid says: If there is no horse of this kind, then the "kumait" horse possessing these qualities is better. (Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:) In this narration, the doubt is from the narrator Yazid bin Abu Habib. This narration is famous as being transmitted from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him), which Musa bin Ali has narrated from his father.
