Hadith 4656

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَزْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِِبْرَاهِيمَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَامِرٌ الْعُقَيْلِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَوَّلُ ثَلاثَةٍ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ : الشَّهِيدُ ، وَعَبْدٌ نَصَحَ سَيِّدَهُ وَأَحْسَنَ عِبَادَةَ رَبِّهِ ، وَضَعِيفٌ مُتَعَفِّفٌ ، وَأَوَّلُ ثَلاثَةٍ يَدْخُلُونَ النَّارَ : فَأَمِيرٌ مُسَلَّطٌ ، وَذُو ثَرْوَةٍ مِنْ مَالٍ لا يُؤَدِّي حَقَّ اللَّهِ فِيهِ ، وَفَقِيرٌ فَخُورٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Among the first three people to enter Paradise will be: a martyr, a slave who was loyal to his master and worshipped his Lord well, and a weak person who refrains from begging. And among the first three people to enter Hell will be: a tyrannical rich man, a wealthy person who does not fulfill Allah's right in his wealth, and an arrogant poor person."
