ذكر الإباحة للمرء قضاء نذر الناذرة إذا ماتت قبل أن تفي به-Permissibility for someone to fulfill the vow of a deceased woman if she died before fulfilling it
Hadith 4395

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : جَاءَ سَعْدُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ إِِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : إِِنَّ " أُمِّي مَاتَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا نَذَرٌ لَمْ تَقْضِهِ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : اقْضِهِ عَنْهَا " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Sayyiduna Sa’d bin Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: My mother has passed away and she had a vow upon her which she could not fulfill. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: Fulfill it on her behalf.
