ذكر الإباحة للمرء المضي في يمينه إذا رأى ذلك خيرا له-Permissibility to fulfill an oath if that is better
Hadith 4352

أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَطَّانُ بِالرَّقَّةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ السَّيَّارِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الزَّنْجِيُّ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينً فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا ، فَلْيَأْتِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ ، وَلْيُكَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever takes an oath and then sees something else as better than it, he should do what is better and offer expiation for his oath."
