عتق العبد المتزوج قبل زوجته-Freeing a married slave before his wife

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الشَّرْقِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَهَا غُلامٌ وَجَارِيَةٌ زَوْجٌ ، فَأَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَعْتِقَهُمَا ، فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِِنْ أَعْتَقْتِيهِمَا ، فَابْدَئِي بِالْغُلامِ قَبْلَ الْجَارِيَةِ " .
It is narrated about Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she had a male slave and a female slave who were married. When Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) intended to free both of them, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: If you want to free both of them, then free the male slave before the female slave.
