Hadith 4291

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ إِِسْمَاعِيلَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلاثًا لَيْسَ لَهَا سُكْنَى ، وَلا نَفَقَةٌ " .
Sayyidah Fatimah bint Qais (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A woman who has been given three divorces will not receive residence or maintenance."
