Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Among the wives of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the most beloved to me was Lady Sawda bint Zam'a (may Allah be pleased with her). She was a woman with a sharp temperament. When she became old, she gave her specific day (her turn) with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). She said: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! I give my specific day to Aisha on your behalf. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to give Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) two days: one her own specific day and one the specific day of Lady Sawda (may Allah be pleased with her).
