أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْفُرَاتِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ هُوَ السَّخْتِيَانِيُّ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ ، وَلا يُنْكِحُ " .
Sayyiduna Uthman Ghani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A person in the state of Ihram cannot marry, nor can he arrange the marriage of anyone else."
