Hadith 4113

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لا يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا ، وَلا بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا " .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A woman and her paternal aunt, and a woman and her maternal aunt should not be combined (in marriage)."
