أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَزْدِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ ، فَأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ ، وَلَمْ أَكُنْ سُقْتُ الْهَدْيَ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ قَدْ سَاقَ هَدْيًا ، فَلْيُهِلَّ بِحَجٍّ مَعَ عُمْرَتِهِ ، ثُمَّ لا يَحِلَّ حَتَّى يَحِلَّ مِنْهُمَا جَمِيعًا " ، قَالَتْ : فَحِضْتُ لَيْلَةَ عَرَفَةَ ، فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ فِي حَجَّتِي ؟ ، قَالَ : " امْتَشِطِي ، وَدَعِي الْعُمْرَةَ وَأَهِلِّي بِالْحَجِّ " ، قَالَتْ : فَحَجَجْتُ ، فَبَعَثَ مَعِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، فَأَعْمَرَنِي مَكَانَ عُمْرَتِي الَّتِي تَرَكْتُهَا .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: On the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, we set out with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). I recited the Talbiyah for Umrah, but I was not able to bring a sacrificial animal with me. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Whoever among you has brought a sacrificial animal with him should also recite the Talbiyah for Hajj along with Umrah, then he should not come out of Ihram until he has completed both. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: On the night of Arafah, I began menstruating. I said: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), what should I do about my Hajj now? The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: Comb your hair and leave the Umrah, and recite the Talbiyah for Hajj. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I performed Hajj. Then the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) sent Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) with me. He made me perform the Umrah in place of the one that was left.
