Hadith 3913

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مَوْلَى ثَقِيفٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ الْعَدَنِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، وَأَيُّوبُ السَّخْتِيَانِيُّ ، وعبيد الله بن عمر ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : " أَنَّهُ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ ، وَطَافَ لَهُمَا سَبْعًا ، وَسَعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ سَبْعًا ، وَقَالَ : هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَفْعَلُ " .
Nafi narrates: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) combined Hajj and Umrah. He performed seven circuits (Tawaf) for both and seven rounds (Sa’i), and he stated: I saw the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) doing it in this manner.
