أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ جَدِّي ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي خَالِدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِلالٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ : " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ ، وَالْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ ، وَرَقَدَ رَقْدَةً بِمِنًى ، ثُمَّ رَكِبَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ ، فَطَافَ بِهِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فِي خَبَرِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : " أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُفِيضُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ، ثُمَّ يَرْجِعَ ، فَيُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ بِمِنًى " ، وَفِي خَبَرِ أَنَسٍ : " أَنَّهُ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ ، وَالْعَصْرَ ، وَالْمَغْرِبَ ، وَالْعِشَاءَ ، وَرَقَدَ رَقْدَةً بِمِنًى ، ثُمَّ رَكِبَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ ، فَطَافَ بِهِ " ، فَجَعَلَ أَنَسٌ طَوَافَهُ لِلزِّيَارَةِ بِاللَّيْلِ ، وَأَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ : " أَنَّهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَافَ الزِّيَارَةَ قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ " ، وَتِلْكَ حَجَّةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ ، وَطَوَافٌ وَاحِدٌ لِلزِّيَارَةِ ، وَالَّذِي يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْخَبَرَيْنِ بِهِ ، " أَنَّهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ ، وَنَحَرَ ، ثُمَّ تَطَيَّبَ لِلزِّيَارَةِ ، ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ ، فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ طَوَافَ الزِّيَارَةِ ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَى مِنًى ، فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ بِهَا ، وَالْعَصْرَ ، وَالْمَغْرِبَ ، وَالْعِشَاءَ ، وَرَقَدَ رَقْدَةً بِهَا ، ثُمَّ رَكِبَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ ثَانِيًا ، فَطَافَ بِهَا طَوَافًا آخَرَ بِاللَّيْلِ دُونَ أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْنَ الْخَبَرَيْنِ تَضَادٌ أَوْ تَهَاتُرٌ " .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the Zuhr and Asr, Maghrib and Isha prayers, then he slept for a short while in Mina. Then he mounted his ride and came towards the House of Allah and performed its Tawaf. (Imam Ibn Hibban, may Allah have mercy on him, says:) In the narration transmitted from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), it is mentioned that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) set out on the Day of Sacrifice, then he returned, and he performed the Zuhr prayer in Mina. Whereas in the narrations transmitted from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), it is mentioned that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers, then he slept for a short while in Mina, then he mounted his ride and went to the House of Allah, then he performed its Tawaf. Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) has stated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the Tawaf al-Ziyarah at night. Whereas Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) has stated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the Tawaf al-Ziyarah before Zuhr. So this refers to the same Hajj and the Tawaf al-Ziyarah was performed only once. So those scholars who have reconciled both narrations have stated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stoned the Jamrah Aqabah, offered the sacrifice, then performed the Tawaf al-Ziyarah and applied perfume, then he set out, performed the Tawaf al-Ziyarah of the House of Allah, then returned to Mina, where he performed the Zuhr prayer, then the Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers, then slept there for a while. Then he mounted his ride and again went towards the House of Allah, and there he performed the Tawaf a second time at night. In this way, there remains no contradiction or difference between the two narrations.
