Hadith 3882

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَرْعَرَةَ بْنِ الْبِرِنْدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : " أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُفِيضُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ، ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ ، فَيُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ بِمِنًى ، وَيُذْكَرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَفْعَلُهُ " .
It is narrated about Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): He used to set out on the days of sacrifice and then return and perform the Zuhr prayer in Mina. He used to mention that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had done the same.
