Hadith 3875

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي الْهِرْمَاسُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ ، قَالَ : " أَبْصَرْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَأَبِي ، وَأَنَا مُرْدِفٌ وَرَاءَهُ عَلَى جَمَلٍ ، وَأَنَا صَبِيٌّ صَغِيرٌ ، فَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ الْعَضْبَاءِ بِمِنًى " .
Sayyiduna Harmas bin Ziyad Bahili (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: My father and I visited the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). At that time, I was a young boy riding behind my father on a camel. I saw the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in Mina, delivering a sermon to the people while mounted on his she-camel, Adhba.
